The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner, (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Commercial Lighting Services. The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. Question Submission Deadline: July 16, 2025, 4:00pm. Bid Validity Bids will be valid for a period of 365 days after IFB closing date. Purpose and Background The Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) has locations throughout Orange County is requiring as needed commercial lighting and control maintenance, repairs and replacement. Minimum service frequency and tasks in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, requirements, County tasks, duties and State, Federal and local laws. In addition to as-needed services, maintenance, planned repairs and corrective work, County may require emergency services to be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Contractor shall perform tasks and duties at the following service locations. County has made its best efforts to include and detail equipment inventory, but omissions may exist. Correct interpretation of required maintenance and regulatory requirements shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. In the case of conflicting requirements, Contractor shall perform to the highest level of maintenance and requirements.
