No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Once funds are aw bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost. The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project FP1018502, Replace Ceiling Liner F992. Work inch replacing the 1st floor bum room ceiling, wall liner, and insulation at Facility 992, the Burn House used for Fire Department training. Refer to the SOW for further details. The must stay operational in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. This is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set Aside Project Magnitude is between $0 and $100,000 NAICS: 236220, Size Standard $45 Million Site Visit: 22 Jul 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time Location: Facility 200, Room 114 Questions & Answers (Q&A) Due Date 29 Jul 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time The contractor shall begin performance within 45 calendar days and complete it within 75 calendar days
