Madison Municipal Building Flagpole Installation Estimated Start Date: 09/22/2025 VIRTUAL BID TALK (9:00 A.M.) Wednesday, July 30 2025 This contract is for the replacement of the existing flagpole in front of the Madison Municipal Building with two new flagpoles flanking the front entrance, located at 210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Madison, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing flagpole, removal and replacement of electrical systems, installation of two new flagpoles, installation of new lighting and electrical, excavation and earthwork, and the removal and replacement/patching of concrete as needed. The existing concrete planters are to be protected to minimize concrete removal and patching. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the intent of this contract. The Contractor shall use properly functioning equipment capable of performing the tasks required. The Contractor shall furnish workers who perform quality work and who are experienced and knowledgeable in the work proposed. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the front entrance of the Madison Municipal Building must be maintained via the elevated path and staircase as shown in Lands for Work Ref Doc 1. Question Deadline 08/12/2025
