Reference Number 0000392413 The City of Hamtramck is requesting bids for the reconstruction of the two (2) parking lots and access road at Veterans Park to be constructed with concrete pavement and the installation and or replacement of storm sewer catch basins, manholes and pipe. The anticipated start date is September 15, 2025, and substantially complete by November 15, 2025, and final completion by November 30, 2025. This project is funded through a Michigan Economic Development Corporation ("MEDC"). The project requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wages.
