Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamtramck, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000392413 The City of Hamtramck is requesting bids for the reconstruction of the two (2) parking lots and access road at Veterans Park to be constructed with concrete pavement and the installation and or replacement of storm sewer catch basins, manholes and pipe. The anticipated start date is September 15, 2025, and substantially complete by November 15, 2025, and final completion by November 30, 2025. This project is funded through a Michigan Economic Development Corporation ("MEDC"). The project requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration of this award. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
