Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hamtramck, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Hamtramck Park Conservancy is seeking sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing Tennis/Futsal Courts located at Veterans Park, Hamtramck, Michigan. The existing courts are to be overlayed with coatings and fencing, nets and posts. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the address listed by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00am at the same location. Proposals not physically received by the City by 10:00 a.m. will not be considered. Recommendation and award: Late October 2025 Min Value 400,000 Max Value 500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
