The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for supply and delivery of geosynthetic materials. The City of Phoenix is currently undergoing cell design and construction at State Route 85 Landfill (SR85). The scope below outlines the requirements of the liners that will assist the City in completing cell construction at the SR85 Landfill. The contract will be for a three-year term, with two option years commencing on or about October 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
