The City of Buckeye is seeking Bids from qualified contractors for the Skyline Regional Park Phase 2A Parking Expansion project. The awarded Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work as outlined in Section 100 - Scope of Work and Section 300 - Bid Forms. Background: Due to growing demand, Skyline Regional Park, a heavily used public recreation area, requires expanded parking capacity. The project includes: o 93 parking stalls at the North Trailhead o 38 parking stalls at Discovery Point o Total: 131 new stalls Scope of Work: The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidental services necessary to complete the project according to 100% approved plans. o Mobilization, staking, and erosion control measures o Grading and subgrade preparation Asphalt paving as per structural sections o Concrete placement/flatwork: curbs, gutters, sidewalks, ramps o Installation of ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps and accessible parking stalls o Desert pavement and decomposed granite installation o Drainage infrastructure, including riprap and native rock stabilization o Utility coordination and protection o Public and site safety measures o Punch list work and site cleanup
