The CM@Risk will begin in an agency support role for design phase services and will hold the construction contract with Pulte, upon approval by the City, for construction of each identified project. As determined by Pulte, at some point prior to construction, the CM@Risk will assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The CM@Risk will be responsible for construction means and methods, and will be required to solicit bids from prequalified subcontractors to perform the work using a subcontractor selection process/plan approved by Pulte. The CM@Risk may also compete to self-perform limited amounts of work subject to competitive evaluation and review by Wilson, Pulte, and/or the City. scope of work, general contract issues and responses to questions from the attendees will be discussed. All proposed applicants must be present and shall sign & complete the check-in logs for both meetings listed above.
