Original RFQ below for reference: Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services for the Downtown Buckeye DCR project. The City of Buckeye (the "City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this "RFQ") seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services for the preparation of a Design Concept Report (DCR) for infrastructure and utility improvements in the Downtown Buckeye area. This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the services required to evaluate existing conditions, develop conceptual plans, coordinate public involvement, and prepare planning-level documents aligned with the City’s long-term vision as established in the Downtown Specific Area Plan (DSAP) and the Imagine Buckeye 2040 General Plan. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Last Day for Questions: July 2, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM local time
