The project also includes the management of surface water, as well as the closure of ditches and the installation of a storm drainage network behind the sidewalk. To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: 1. A tender guarantee of at least 10% of the total amount of the tender. 2. A letter of intent from a company authorized to act as guarantor, agreeing to provide a performance bond equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount, as well as a guarantee of payment for wages, materials and labour equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract.
