Renovation of the Exterior Envelope of the Courthouse The Quebec government has decided to carry out renovation work on the exterior envelope of the Quebec City Courthouse. The Quebec government has designated the Quebec Infrastructure Corporation (SQI) to act as project manager. This request for qualifications is the first step in the public tendering process to add a general contractor to the project. The request for qualifications aims to select a limited number of candidates who will then be invited to participate in the second stage of the public tender process, namely the request for proposals.
