Description of work: The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and related services of the removal and replacement of exterior Windows. New windows to be double pane, low e, argon filled aluminum frame. Also to include but not limited to sealants at windows to the Brighton Garage -Heated Storage Building. 5% bid security required Question Deadline 07/29/2025 at 2:00 PM ET - Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for the complete acceptable installation of exterior aluminum fixed windows, 1" tinted, Low E, Argon, tempered glass. Including all related components, in accordance with design specifications, manufacturers recommendations, industry standards, and as directed by the MDOT Project Manager to complete the work at no additional cost to the Owner. All workmanship must be done in a first-class manner. The contractor shall visit the site and become familiar with the existing field conditions, pertinent building data, and to understand the intent of the contract documents. A conceptual list of demolition and restoration is indicated below, but not limited to the following: A. Window Replacement 1.
