The project consists of furnishing all material, Labor, equipment and appurtenances for the conversion of the existing dry detention basin into a wet detention basin. The project will require installation of erosion and sediment controls, striping of topsoil (735 CY), bulk cut to fill (5 CY), bulk cut to be hauled offsite (1,485 CY), fine grading (3,120 SY), respreading of topsoil (735 CY), and seeding. The Proposal for the Hearthstone Court Detention Basin Retrofit Project shall be accompanied by cash, money order, a certified or cashier's good faith check or a bond with corporate surety in the amount of at least 10% of the total Proposal. All Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) days, and the project must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is August 25, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount, said bonds to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
