Each bid must be accompanied by either: 1) a Bid Bond equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount, with a surety satisfactory to the owner; or, 2) by Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of the owner. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the Bond. Each bidder must submit evidence of experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 1, 2025.
