Description of Job: The COL-CR 430-0.00 project consists of the relocation of approximately 0.35 mile of CR430 Calcutta Smith Ferry Road to correct horizontal and vertical deficiencies. Project will include concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage, signing, pavement marking and waterline relocation. Village: St. Clair Twp, Ohio 43920 Question Deadline 01/22/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions will be answered only through online The Columbiana County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids or proposals. The Contractor shall have all work completed in its entirety by December 12, 2025. The successful bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty, Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to a maximum of one hundred percent (100%) of the "Total Amount Bid". The bond shall be submitted as a one hundred percent (100%) bond; however, the penal amount shall vary with each section of the bond. (Section 153.54 O.R.C.) The Columbiana County Commissioners shall be named as obligee on the bond.
