Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Englewood, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 28 , 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to supply and install approximately 35 cubic yards of FDOT 12.5 asphalt at the Indian Mound Park boat ramp. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price. DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method. Question Submission Deadline:July 23, 2025, 5:00pm Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification, or additional information pertaining to the Quick Quote shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov Procurement Contractor must mill or cut all tie ins C. Existing material must be removed and disposed of by Contractor D. Contractor must overlay FDOT 12.5 (Superpave Asphalt Concrete Type SP12.5 or Friction Course Type FC-12.5) at 1 1/2 inches over project area E. Contractor must compact with a vibratory steel drum roller followed by a rubber tire roller F. Contractor must apply silica sand to finish after the asphalt is laid
