Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project consists of the removal and replacing of the roofing systems at Ridgemoor Park Montessori School with a new 60-mil Fully Adhered Reinforced EPDM Roofing System (flat roofs) over tapered insulation and Architectural Standing Seam Roof System (sloped roofs) with an alternate to go to an Asphalt Shingled Roof System in lieu of the Architectural Standing Seam Roof. Prevailing wage rates DO NOT apply. Bids received after this time will be neither considered nor accepted. Grand Rapids Public School requires the following forms to be filled out and submitted with the bid: Family Disclosure Statement, Iran Business Relationship Affidavit, and Non-Collusive Agreement. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Bid amount and shall secure the Owner from loss of damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid by a Bidder or by failure of the successful Bidder to enter into a Contract with the Owner if the Bid is accepted by the Owner. The successful Bidder may be required to secure a Performance, Labor, and Material bond for all contracts equal to or exceeding $50,000, from a surety company for the full amount of the Contract.
