The City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services, Architectural Services Division, seeks to retain professional engineering services for the City Parking Garages Evaluation and Repair Program. The program is a comprehensive approach that evaluates the condition of all major structural, architectural, and operational building systems of each garage and builds a systematic, long term, phased approach for bringing and retaining all elements in good to excellent condition. The City is seeking to retain a professional consulting engineering firm with the qualifications to perform annual comprehensive inspections and evaluations, life cycle analysis, recommend long-term improvement programs, design, bidding, and construction administration for annual construction projects. Construction and installation of all improvements will be undertaken through contractor services procured by the City.
