A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Overview: The Town of Pelham is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction and installation of a new septic system for the Pelham Historical Society building located at 5 Main Street, Pelham, NH 03076, in accordance with approved design plans. Scope of Work: The successful contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a fully functioning septic system as per attached design. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Site preparation and excavation Installation of septic tank(s), distribution box, and leach field All piping and fittings Proper backfilling and site restoration Compliance with applicable state and local regulations Coordination with Pelham's Health Officer and inspection services Bid Submission Requirements: Bidders must submit the following: Completed bid form with total cost Proof of contractor licensure and insurance Three (3) references for similar septic system work completed in the past 5 years Project timeline/schedule of completion Acknowledgement of any addenda issued Insurance Requirements: The successful contractor shall, at their own expense, procure and maintain the following insurance coverage for the duration of the project: Commercial General Liability Insurance** with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Workers' Compensation Insurance** as required by the State of New Hampshire. The Town of Pelham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
