The Town of Pelham, New Hampshire is requesting sealed bids from qualified landscaping contractors to provide professional landscaping maintenance services for designated Town properties. The intent of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to establish a service contract for routine mowing, trimming, spring and fall clean up, and related landscaping services, as outlined in the attached specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Landscaping Services RFB Town of Pelham' no later than the deadline listed below. Bids shall include pricing for the full contract term and must follow the service specifications. Contractors must provide evidence of insurance and references from at least three (3) municipal or commercial clients. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing landscaping maintenance services as outlined in the Town's Landscaping Scope of Services Contract (attached). Services shall include, but are not limited to: Mowing of grass areas Trimming and edging Leaf clean up and removal Spring and fall clean up Maintenance of landscaped areas Other related services as directed by the Town The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contract period shall be for three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2029, with the option to renew annually upon mutual agreement. Bid Submission Requirements Bids must include the following: Completed bid form with pricing Proof of insurance coverage Three (3) municipal or commercial references Statement of ability to meet the scope of services.
