Power Transformer Procurement . Bidder (Seller) shall submit quotation for furnishing one 230-23.9kV 25/33/42//47 MVA power transformer with LTC (Goods). The contract generally consists of furnishing Goods with 5-year warranty, one set of spare parts, delivery to the Point of Destination, testing, offloading and assembling Goods, and certification that Goods are ready for energizing. Design, manufacture, assemble, and factory test Goods in accordance with attached technical specifications. Deliver Goods F.O.B. Point of Destination, offload, assemble and test. Provide a manufacturer's field service engineer to perform field services specified under the supervision and direction of Buyer's construction contractor. Propsoers agree by submitting a proposal, to the acceptance of all terms, conditions and specifications of this RFP. Proposals are valid for a period of 60 calendar days after date of opening.
