Renovation of a stadium in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting Quotes from qualified Contractors to remove and replace the gutter and downspout system at the JP Hall Arena Pavilion. The selected Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 540 linear feet of 7-inch commercial-grade gutters and 200 linear feet of 4x5-inch commercial-grade downspouts, including all necessary hardware for a complete and secure installation. All materials must be new, rust-resistant, and capable of handling high-volume water runoff. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements, completing installation in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications, and properly removing and disposing of all debris off-site. Qualified Contractors to remove and replace the gutter and downspout system at the JP Hall Arena Pavilion. Demolition & Removal Contractor shall carefully remove all existing gutter and downspout systems. Contractor shall be responsible for hauling away debris off-site; disposal costs shall be included in the quote. Contractor shall follow Clay County Ordinance 90-24 (Franchise Haulers). Materials Procurement Contractor shall purchase and supply 540 linear feet of 7-inch commercial-grade guttering, designed to accommodate high-volume water runoff from the pavilion roof. Contractor shall purchase and supply 200 linear feet of 4x5-inch commercial-grade downspouts. Contractor shall provide all necessary mounting brackets, straps, elbows, screws, sealants, and hardware required for a complete and secure installation. All materials shall be new, high-quality, rust-resistant, and appropriate for long-term commercial outdoor use. Installation Contractor shall install gutters and downspouts per manufacturer's specifications and in compliance with local building codes and best practices. Contractor shall ensure proper slope and alignment for optimal water flow. Downspouts shall be securely anchored and directed to appropriate drainage areas as directed on site. Site Access, Coordination and Scheduling Contractor shall coordinate with County staff to ensure appropriate access to the Pavilion throughout the duration of the project. Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling work in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing operations and public access. Contractor shall work with County staff to deconflict all construction activities with any planned or scheduled events at the facility. All work shall be performed during approved hours and in compliance with any restrictions identified during the coordination process. Term All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date materials are delivered by the manufacturer. A delivery receipt or other official documentation confirming the delivery date must be submitted to the Project Manager. If the awarded Contractor fails to maintain acceptable product quality or to perform adequately in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established in this Request for Quotes, the County reserves the right to cancel the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor.
