Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The work consists of general requirements, building demolition, building site work, site utility work, including gas, water, sanitary and storm line extensions, termite control, electrical and communication feeder extensions, asphalt paving, chain-link fences, helical piers, concrete, CMU block and brick masonry, cast stone, structural steel, steel joists, steel deck, metal fabrications, cold-formed metal framing, aluminum ladders, miscellaneous carpentry, sheathing, building insulations, exterior finish system, sheet waterproofing, fluid applied membrane air barrier, metal panels, EPDM roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof accessories, steel doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, cement board systems, acoustical ceiling panels, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, painting, visual display boards, signs, fire protection equipment, canopy covers, toilet accessories, selective entry system, access controls, digital video monitoring, mechanical, electrical, automatic fire suppression systems and testing, adjusting and balancing and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. New Classroom Building at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, Wv Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. A Satisfactory Bid Bond Furnished by a Solvent Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of West Virginia, in an Amount Equal to Five (5%) of the Total Amount of Bid, Payable to Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Each (the) Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the Fee for Same Shall Be Included in Their Bid. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids for at Least Thirty (30) Days. Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Each Bidder's Registration Certificate Number Shall Be Written in the Space Provided on the Form of Proposal. All Bidders Are Required to Be Licensed to Perform Work in the State Prior to Submitting a Bid for This Project as Required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder Must Be Registered With the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office Prior to the Time and Date for Receipt of Bids in Order for His Bid to Be Considered.
