As of July 11, 2023, The Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals. The scope includes design and construction phase administration for a new classroom building. Statements of Qualification must be received by 2:00 p.m. (local time) on July 23, 2025. The following solicitation is listed below for reference: Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural / Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for A New Classroom Building at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interviews with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required. The Administrative Council for Fred W. Eberle Technical Center reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
