CONTRACT 224 consists of the replacement of approximately 7,500 Linear feet of 6", 4" and 2" water mains with 6", 4" and 2" PVC water line along Elm St., Hickory Hill Rd., Yonside Dr., Maple Cir., Oak Ln., Mayland Rd., and Hwy 70, including all labor, materials, testing and disinfection and all necessary appurtenances to provide a complete line installations per the plans and specifications. This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. The allotted time for construction is 270 calendar days WEST CUMBERLAND UTILITY DISTRICT hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
