Site work for a water / sewer project in Farmingdale, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and 8,500-square-foot, two-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary, proper for, or incidental to the work contemplated by this Contract as required by, and in strict accordance with, the applicable Plans, Specifications and Addenda prepared by the Engineer and/or required by, and in accordance with, such changes as are ordered and approved pursuant to this Contract; and will perform all other obligations imposed on it by this Contractor. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the South Farmingdale Water District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner.
