Underground Electrical Conversion Project The City of Lakota is seeking sealed bids for a project to convert overhead electrical infrastructure to underground within designated areas of the city. Scope of Work Includes: Removal of existing overhead electrical lines; Installation of underground electrical conduit and cable; Necessary trenching, boring, and restoration; and Coordination with utility providers and city staff. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.
