Spartanburg One is seeking a responsive and responsible Offeror to furnish and install playground mulch throughout the District. Any award issued will be issued to, and the purchase order will be formed with, the entity identified as the offeror below. A bid must be submitted by only one legal entity. The district is primarily residential and agricultural with a limited amount of industrial and commercial development. Located in the northwest section of Spartanburg County, Spartanburg One sits at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The district comprises approximately 120 square miles and has an estimated population of 30,000. Spartanburg One comprises ten schools and a shared career center. The approximate enrollment is 5,439 students in PK-12.
