Bid Bond Required Yes Insurance Required Yes The work consists of the partial demolition of the Early Learning Center at Park Hills. PROJECT LOCATION: 301 Crescent Ave, Spartanburg, SC 29301 The Work consists of partial demolition of the District Seven Early Learning Center at Park Hills in Spartanburg, SC. to include but not be limited to the following: o Site Clearing o Rough Grading o Partial Building Demolition o Storm Drainage All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the base bid payable to The Spartanburg School District Seven Board of Trustees. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Applicants must have a contractor license in the state of South Carolina, and must be qualified under the provisions of the contractor's licensing law "(South Carolina Code of Laws of 1976, Title 40, Chapter 11)". This project is covered under provisions of code of laws of South Carolina (1976) and as amended.
