The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site work and paving for a road / highway with associated sidewalk. As of July 15, 2025, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. DBE/MBE/WBE certified subcontractors and suppliers for Hauling, Survey, Grading, Approach Fills, Pipe Removal, Drainage Pipe, Drainage Structures, Aggregate Base Course, Asphalt Paving, Asphalt Milling, Shoulder Berm Gutter, Traffic Control, Pavement Markings, Reinforcing Steel, Guardrail, Rip Rap, Erosion Control, Structure Demolition, Approach Slabs, H-Piles, Elastomeric Bearing Pads, Prestressed Concrete Slabs, Ready Mix Concrete, and Misc Materials. The North Caroline Department of Transportation , in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
