**As of September 11, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 22, 2025.** The proposed work includes replacing the existing bridge on Harmony Hills Drive in Harmony Hills Manor, a private development with publicly maintained streets. The current bridge is structurally deficient and will be replaced with a new bridge consisting of four concrete spread box beams. The new bridge will be wider than the previous structure and will be protected with rock blankets to prevent further erosion. The limits of the project are from Vogel Road until the intersection of Harmony Hills Drive and Cord Circle. The total length of construction limits is approximately 317 feet. The contractor shall have a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) Working Days and shall be completed by September 1st, 2026 All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2025 Edition. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
