The City of Pharr periodically has a need for professional project and/or construction management services for a variety of public infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and buildings. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Section 2254.004 and Texas Local Government Code Section 271.118. The City of Pharr will evaluate the Request for Proposals of the firms on the basis of technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work. Potential Bidders are asked to post their questions on our online under the tab labeled "Clarifications" under the relative project number.
