Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pharr, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Pharr periodically has a need for professional architectural services which may include design services for new construction, modernization and re-purposing of existing building, infrastructure design, landscape design and interior design. Question Deadline 08/21/2025 he City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Section 2254.004 and Texas Local Government Code Section 271.118. The City of Pharr will evaluate the Request for Proposals of the firms on the basis of technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work. The City of Pharr reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and to hold the responses for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days without taking action. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
