Site work for a water / sewer project in Mayne Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the Project includes all labour, equipment, materials and incidentals, as is more particularly set out in Schedule A Scope of Work (the Scope of Work). The general requirements of the Scope of Work include: Supply and installation of a new ramp with same overall geometry as existing. Supply and installation of a new ramp abutment, complete with drilled micro piles, steel pile caps, hinges and an MSE lock block head wall. A concrete apron slab and replacement of asphalt upslope of the headwall works. Repair and repacking of the rip-rap around berth 1. Refurbishment of the existing apron, including the replacement of apron hinges, some fingers, decking doublers and non-slip coating and re-painting. Refurbishment of existing wingwalls, including replacing spring and hanging chains components and hardware as noted, spot coating repairs and cathodic protection as required. Repairs to the existing timber dolphin. (Optional scope). Refurbishment of the existing ramp towers, including wrapping of piles as indicated, misc-steel repairs, spot coating repairs as noted and cathodic protection as required. Fabricate and install new ramp guidepost. Upgrade the electrical systems from 480V to 600V and consolidate panels into a new kiosk, including supply and install new kiosk enclosure, electrical cables, ramp controls, cable tray and accessories. Upgrades to ramp and apron hoist systems. Floating Lead chain replacement, repairs and coatings.
