Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clinton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and fitness / recreation center.
Replacement of floor in gymnasium and all required related work. Remove existing multi-layered flooring from slab in gymnasium including synthetic flooring, wood flooring, diagonal wood subfloor, wood sleepers, and all bituminous substances on the slab. After removal of all flooring, the concrete slab is to be evaluated for any currently unseen damage. Repair or replace concrete slab as needed, seal, and re-stripe for gymnasium use. As of August 7, 2026, the architect is planning on wrapping up the construction documents phase in the next couple of weeks ahead of the schedule. Depending on how long the review period takes, advertisement for bidding might occur bid by the first of next month. A timeline for construction has yet to be announced.
