Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clinton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Question Deadline 05/15/2025 Questions are to be emailed to purchasinq@andersoncountytn.gov and kkleehammer@andersoncountytn.gov. An aerial view of the workplace is attached. The noted measurements are estimates and not guaranteed to be accurate. It is strongly recommended that potential bidders visit the site. Site visits are to be coordinated with the Director of School Maintenance, Bobby Crawford (865-388-7913). 1. Sweep parking lot as needed. 2. Add tack coat and spot level with hot mix as needed. 3. Install 1.5" asphalt surface. 4. Remove existing speed bumps that are fastened to driveway. 5. Install poured asphalt speed bumps in place of previous and paint the same markings as previously existing speed bumps. 6. Paint arrows and lines at highway entrance. 7. Work to be completed no more than 120 calendar days after issuance of Purchase Order. 8. No work done on campus shall impede school or any school activity.
