Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Knoxville, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Improve site drainage including grading and installation of a drainage network, develop a new cremains field, pave cemetery roads, and all required related work. Install a drainage system that carries runoff from a low point east of the Administration Building to the depression located in the southeastern portion of the site. This project will also provide a new cremains field with approximately 968 cremains sites, irrigation lines, gravesite layout control markers, and paving the existing gravel roads. A geotechnical investigation is needed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
