The intent of this solicitation is to solicit competitive bids from qualified Vendors and award an Agency Specific Term Contract for the provision of providing solid waste removal and recycling services for five (5) facilities located within the eastern region of North Carolina: Walter B. Jones. Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center; Caswell Developmental Center; Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center; O'Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center; and Cherry Hospital.
