Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work shall include all of the equipment and material necessary to perform this task in accordance with the requirements of the Village of Ridgewood, New Jersey 07451 as needed and described in these contract documents. The work generally consists of construction of a new PFAS treatment facility containing two (2) 12-foot diameter (Model 12-40) and two (2) 14- foot diameter granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels, a new clearwell and installation of new vertical turbine high lift pumps, new chemical feed systems, construction of a new pre-engineered metal building, and all electrical, instrumentation, process piping, mechanical, plumbing and site work shown on the contract documents. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to Ridgewood Water in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Village of Ridgewood a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance of the Contract. The project sponsor has identified that the SED utilization goal for this project is 10 percent. Question Deadline 09/24/2025 at 4:00 PM ET.
