All submitted materials must comply with the requirements as listed within this document in its entirety. Seeking qualified individuals or vendors to perform on demand 3rd party inspection services in accordance with HUD guidelines for the HCV program. The successful candidate(s) will conduct inspections, as needed for PHA-owned units in Maricopa County, where HCV households reside. In addition, the contractor will conduct quality control inspections of HCV households to ensure other inspectors are meeting HUD standard and requirements. Approximately 70 - 100 annual inspections, including initial inspections, reinspections, and quality control inspections.
