Site work and paving for a civil project in Peoria, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Description: Saddleback Vistancia Boulevard Phase 2 and Vistancia Boulevard Phase 3 Water, Sewer, & Storm solicitation. Vistancia Boulevard Phase 2 is a proposed +/- 1,820LF roadway and Vistancia Boulevard PH3 is a proposed +/-2,500LF roadway; both are located in the Saddleback Development in NW Peoria. Solicitation will be to furnish and install all necessary components for a complete and functional utility system, including waterline piping, sanitary sewer piping, stormwater piping, and all associated manholes and appurtenances. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable standards and shall be subject to approval by the City of Peoria. The system will support future Parcel development in Saddleback. All bids must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or original copy of surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposed work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Agent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to withhold the award for any reason the agent determines.
