The city of Allen is seeking to renovate the Human Resources(HR) cubicle Renovation area as we bring in a new cubicle system. This will involve fire sprinklers, lighting and mechanical systems. Remove existing cubicles and relocate them to the city hall basement. Fire Sprinklers: Fire Sprinklers to be adjusted from existing design to provide proper coverage in the cube replacement area (Yellow) on spec sheet. Adding 2 new sprinkler heads (Match existing) and connect to existing system. Final locations to be determined by the city. Fire Alarms: Adjust Fire Alarms as required to meet code. Electrical: Provide Home Run to the electrical panel for DIRTT modular electrical boxes located above ceiling. Adding 5 new LED lights (2'x4'). Type to be Lithonia 2BLT with curved ribbed diffuser. Final location to be determined by the city. Dispose of existing lights in city dumpster. New lighting to include electrical home run for area and 5 separate locations for use with 5 separate light switches. (4 rooms and 1 main hallway). Light switches to be included in bid. Paint: Sherwin Williams Eggshell, Pure White SW7005 & Network Grey SW7073. Baseboards: Need to match the existing. Furniture: removal of all furniture from area(2 nd Floor) to basement. HVAC: Adjust HVAC supply and return to accommodate the new cubes in area. Adding 3 HVAC diffusers (2'x2' size). Connect diffusers to the existing system. Final locations to be determined by city. Process: Provide construction timeline and how to minimize the downtime for the city in the work area
