You are invited to review and respond to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled Bolsa Chica Elevator Maintenance, located at Bolsa Chica State Beach, in California State Parks, Orange Coast District. The DVBE Requirement has been waived but the incentive still applies. Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to service and repair the elevator and Bolsa Chica State Beach as outlined in Exhibit A Specifications. In the opinion of The Department of Parks and Recreation, this invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation.
