Black & Veatch and Overland Contracting (a subsidiary of Black & Veatch), as the Program Manager and Construction Manager for the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) on behalf of the City of Memphis, is soliciting Request for Bid (RFB) for the Mud Island CIPP and Siphon Rehab Scope of Work. Schedule: The allotted time for construction is 365 calendar days. Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goals: SARP10 DBE Participation Goal: DBE minimum 15% (Vendors from the City of Memphis EBO list only) Registration: Firms not already prequalified for construction activity with SARP10 and Firms that prequalified more than one year ago, must submit the following registration information as soon as possible; but no later than August 1, 2025. SARP10 registration is valid for one year from the date of approval and will apply for all related construction contracts, under the SARP10 Program. If the Firm has prequalified with SARP10 in the past year, the Firm is not obligated to reapply.
