Description

The Contractor shall provide monthly preventative elevator and "as needed" repair services for the EDD facility. If you wish to bid, see the Instructions to Bidders. If you make any additions or modifications to the IFB package, it may result in the rejection of your bid. The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation and Incentive requirements are waived for this IFB. For individuals who need assistance due to a physical impairment, the EDD will provide a reasonable accommodation upon request for the mandatory walkthrough or site inspection.
