Reference Number 0000297964 1.1 The purpose of this contract is to provide the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) with THREE (3) 40 cubic yard bins at Hillcrest Transfer Area (1138 Bathurst Street) and ONE (1) 14 cubic yard bin at Wilson Station (North Terminal) for the pick-up, transportation and disposal of waste. The Company is responsible to provide bins and collect full bins and transport them to a licensed waste disposal facility. Bins may be requested at other TTC locations on an as required basis for concrete, contaminated concrete, or waste. 1.2 The contract is over a three (3) year term, with an option to extend for two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods at the TTC's sole discretion. The term of this contract may, on a minimum of 6 months' notice to the Company, be extended for up to two (2) one (1) year periods at the same terms and conditions. Upon successfully negotiated reasonable rates and at the TTC's sole discretion a contract amendment will be issued for the extension terms. 1.4 The location of waste holding areas: 1. Hillcrest Complex: 1138 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON, M5R 3H2 2. Wilson Station (North Terminal): 570 Wilson Avenue, Toronto, ON M3H 1T8 Locations may be added, adjusted or deleted as per TTC requirements during the course of the contract.
