Clarks Summit Borough Vosburg Lane Stormwater Project: Base Bid; The installation of approximately 271 L.F. of 18 SLHDPE, Installation of two (2) stormwater inlets, and trench restoration within both paved and unpaved areas. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clarks Summit Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clarks Summit Borough. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex.
