Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Chesaning, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project involves renovating the existing township hall, including updates to interior spaces and full renovations of both public and employee restrooms. Goals include improving accessibility, energy eciency, functionality, and overall aesthetics, while ensuring minimal disruption to township operations The selected Construction Manager will be expected to: Work with township ocialstonalize plans Develop a project timeline and budget Solicit and evaluate contractor bids Oversee construction activities and coordinate trades Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and ADA requirements Maintain regular communication with township representatives Manage punch-list, inspections, and close-out process. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to supervisor@maplegrovetownship.org no later than August 1, 2025. Maple Grove Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, or accept the proposal deemed most in the best interest of the township
