Asbestos abatement and renovation of a residential development in Vernon Rockvl, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

Flooring Abatement & Replacement A satisfactory Bid Guarantee (Over $25K ONLY) in an amount equal to a minimum of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond (Over $100K ONLY), in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount, or a 20% cash escrow or a 25% irrevocable letter of credit, in the form included in the Project Specifications. Surety companies providing performance and payment bond(s) must be licensed to do business in Connecticut and be approved as sureties on Government contracts pursuant to U.S. Question Deadline 07/30/2025 Any questions that arise after the pre-bid conference shall be addressed to the architect in writing.
