This project consists of the removal of the current roof and insulation and installing a 60-mil Fully Adhered Reinforced EPDM Roofing System (flat roofs) over tapered insulation and an Architectural Standing Seam Roof System (sloped roofs) with an alternate to go to a shingled roof system in lieu of the Architectural Standing Seam Roof. To qualify for award of either project, all bids must be accompanied by proof that the bidder has met either of the following quality criteria: Meet the installation time, the Carlisle SynTec ESP Award AND the Carlisle Perfection Award; OR the Holcim Elevate Master Contractor Award AND the Holcim Elevate Inner Circle of Quality Award. All bidders shall be a reputable, recognized organization with at least ten (10) years successful experience of work of this type and scope. Grand Rapids Public Schools requires the Family Disclosure Statement, Iran Business Relationship Affidavit, and Non-Collusive agreement to be included with the bid.
